 Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
Cancellation can be done within 24 hours of the order placed. We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.
All the purchases will be non-refundable.
 
WE STRICTLY DO NOT DO RETURNS.
Exchanges are accepted ONLY IF THERE IS SOME MANUFACTURING DEFACT, then the garment should be sent back to us (address given below). The item should be dispatched back to us within 7 days after delivery and only after receiving the garment you will receive an email with the voucher code which you can redeem while placing the new order.
If the garment size doesn’t fit you, you can send it for exchange and mention the required size. (Only Once per order)
Products Purchased from Pre-order section does not provide any exchange policy. 
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGE IF THE DRESS DOESN'T SUIT YOU & WE ALSO DO NOT EXCHANGE OR RETURN FOR ANY SMALL ISSUES LIKE TASSELS PULLED, AS THAT MIGHT HAPPEN DURING TRANSIT OF THE PRODUCT. YOU CAN EASILY FIX IT. 
12-15% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution and lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
Any product that need to be exchanged, should be sent back to us. We do not provide reverse pick ups.
If the wrong garment is being sent to you, which might happen sometimes while packing the product. Please send it back to, we will send the replacement.
Taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website, for deliveries in India.
5% GST would charged on all products below the MRP RS 1000 and 12% GST would be charged on all products above the MRP RS 1000.
Please maintain the price tag on the outfit and the shipment copy/bill copy which is there on the parcel. Kindly send the bill copy with the product sent for exchange.
The garment should be unused, unwashed and should not have any stains on it. Also the garment should be properly fold and packed. Else we will not be able to do the exchange for that product.
Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel.

Shipping & Returns/ Exchange Policy for pre-ordered products
At  U and more, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national courier services.
We’ll deliver anywhere in India.
All your orders would typically be dispatched within 12-15 working days from the date of order, since these are on pre orders.
Standard delivery: Standard shipping charges of Rs. 100 would be applicable for each order. Our reputed courier partner ensures that you receive your order at the earliest and in good condition.
Please note that the delivery time is 12-15 Working Days, since these are on pre orders. 
Products bought from the Ships in 24 Hours category are shipped in 24-48 hours & they are delivered in 2-3 working days, we have products from the Ships in 24 Hours Category IN Stock.
We will send a confirmation E-mail and notify you via SMS with the tracking number once we dispatch your order.
Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery dates for your order. Some order/products may take longer to deliver due to remote locations, uncertainties in shipping, product availability, and circumstances outside our control (weather etc.). To ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely manner, we request you to provide complete details of the shipping address including correct address, PIN Code and contact number. You will receive a dispatch notification email/ sms that will notify you of the carrier we've used to ship your order, and the different tracking options available for it.
After multiple failed attempts at delivery, the package(s) are returned to our warehouse and we will cancel the order & if the order is paid we will refund you. 
The products ordered can be expected to be delivered within 12-15 working days, from the time the order is confirmed.
Any further delay in delivery shall be intimated.

CASH ON DELIVERY (CoD):
We provide Cash on Delivery (CoD) facility all over India only. Standard Shipping charges of Rs. 100 per order. We do not provide CoD facility for orders above Rs. 14999/- to Rs. 20000/- depending on the location.
Our courier partner will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday to Saturday from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm.
Orders from the ships in 24 hours collection are shipped on all days except Holidays & Sunday. If an order is placed after 5 pm, it will be shipped in the next working day.
FORCE MAJEURE:
U and more shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, terrorism, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, telecommunications failure, epidemic, perils of the sea or air, flood, drought, explosion, sabotage, accident, embargo, riot, civil commotion or civil authority, including acts of local government and parliamentary authority; disputes of whatever nature and for whatever cause arising including but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, work to rule, overtime bar, strikes and walkouts. We shall endeavor to notify you as soon as possible should any such events or circumstances occur.
 
 
PRODUCT UNAVAILABILITY:
We reserve the right to remove any product from this website at any time and to remove or modify any material or content from the same. Although we will always do everything possible to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that force us to refuse to process an order after having sent the Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to do so at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for removing any product from this website, or for removing or modifying any material or content from the website or not processing an order once we have sent the Order Confirmation.
We make an earnest effort to make sure that merchandise listed on our website is available in stock and that the prices shown are correct. In an unlikely event when we’re not able to send or replace your order due to unavailability of the product or if it's sold out, we will inform you within 5-7 working days from the date you place the order. If an Online Payment is made, we will Refund you if the ordered products are unavailable or sold out.
 
PRICING & PAYMENT POLICY:
The price of the products will be as stipulated at all times on our website, except in the case of an obvious error. Although we make every effort to ensure that the prices featured on the website are correct, error may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any of the products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered cancelled and all amounts paid will be refunded to you in full. We are not obliged to provide you with any product at the incorrect lower price (even when we have sent the Shipping Confirmation) if the error in the price is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as an incorrect price. The prices on the website include Goods and Service Tax (GST), duties and cesses but exclude delivery charges for COD orders, which are added to the total price.
